MDB is highly selective with our design and development content, so we’re also highly selective with the authors we approve to be part of our community. Not all submissions will be approved for posting on MDB.

To be approved, contributing authors should:

• Write clearly for an audience that may include designers, coders, marketers, and application development teams.

• Write well-structured and insightful articles at least once per month.

• Propose ideas and strategies that push the envelope or describe best practice in Material Design (not just linkbait articles).

• Respond to reader comments constructively and in a timely fashion. Dismissive or highly argumentative interaction with commenters will not be tolerated.

• Make the overall MDB experience better for visitors.
